Customer Care Program
Revolution Motors offers a Customer Care Program that includes a 5-year, 100,000 km warranty on materials and workmanship, as well as a Rewards Card that comes with some great perks. Earn FREE oil changes and Rewards Dollars that can be used for future repairs.
5-year / 100,000 km Warranty
We use only the best parts and our certified automotive technicians are highly trained. We stand behind our work, which is why Revolution Motors offers a 5-year, 100,000 km warranty through our Customer Care Program that will give you coverage against material defects and workmanship. Some exclusions apply so be sure to ask us about terms and conditions.
Membership is FREE and offers many benefits including:
- Rewards Dollars: A percentage of your invoice will be added to your Rewards Card and can be used towards future automotive repairs and purchases. You can also donate a portion of your Rewards Dollars to participating local and national charities of your choice.
- Reminder Program: We will send you customized and scheduled maintenance reminders to ensure your vehicle is getting the service it needs.
- Referral Program: Hand out referral cards, customized with your name on them, and you can earn dollars towards future visits when someone you’ve referred to Revolution Motors comes in for service. You can earn up to $1000 towards repairs and services! Ask us how the referral program works.

Auto Repair FAQs
How often should I bring in my vehicle for maintenance?
The type and frequency of your vehicle’s required service depends on its specific year, make and model. When you come into Revolution Motors, we will educate you on what is required to properly service YOUR vehicle, so you will understand what is required to improve performance, fuel efficiency and extend the lifespan of your vehicle.
Can I drop off or pick up my vehicle after hours?
Yes! We have a secure drop box located outside our doors if it’s more convenient for you to drop off your vehicle before or after we close shop. We can also arrange for after-hours pickup if required. Please ask us about that when you bring in your vehicle.
Will my vehicle be washed after it is serviced?
We try to offer this added feature when time permits on any service. Sometimes we cannot do every vehicle due to time restraints, but we try. Our shop features a touchless foam wash process that ensures we do not damage the vehicle’s paint. You’ll love driving away your fully-serviced, cleaned vehicle.
Can I stay and wait for my vehicle to be ready?
You are welcome to wait; however, some automotive repair jobs can take a long time. If you are coming in for a basic service like and oil change or a tire install, we will schedule a time for that service so you know your wait won’t be too long. We don’t recommend waiting in our shop for those longer, major repairs and invite you to take advantage of our courtesy car or shuttle service.
Do you offer a warranty on parts and service?
