Position Summary: As a Journeyman Technician at Revolution Motors, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our company. You will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of vehicles accepted for service. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Inspections and Repairs:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles.
  • Perform necessary repairs using industry-standard practices.
  • Document completed repairs, parts used, and working time on work orders using the Mitchell Manager Enterprise Pro program.

2. Effective Communication:

  • Translate technical repair information into clear and concise language for Service Advisors and concerned customers.
  • Ensure that customers understand the repair process and any necessary recommendations.

3. Professional Development:

  • Participate in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities provided by Revolution Motors.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements.

  • Completion of a mechanic’s apprenticeship and certification as a Journeyman Automotive Technician.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Journeyman Automotive Technician.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
